This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a relaxing spa & wellness center, and helpful ski storage. I remember the staff helping me return my forgotten belongings during my first stay. I'll definitely be back for Christmas!

Waking up to breathtaking views

Waking up in my room with a view of the Matterhorn was surreal. The convenience of being close to the train station made exploring easy. Breakfast options were abundant and delicious!

However, I was disappointed with the lack of staff at the reception during my early check-out, which forced me to walk to the station with my luggage.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Bristol! The unobstructed view of the Matterhorn from my room balcony mesmerized me each morning. The breakfast options were diverse and delightful. However, the noise from nearby bars was a bit annoying at night. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience!

Our family enjoyed exploring Zermatt, especially taking the Sunnegga Funicular for breathtaking views. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the rooms were comfy with great balconies. We loved the breakfast options, which were perfect for everyone, including my daughter. It truly made our trip memorable.
